Don’t worry about Garam Masala OR Cutting, Frying Raw Onion Just Trust Olyf . 1.Add approx 1kg Chicken or lightly boiled Mutton to a large bowl or utensil that you will use for Cooking 2.Add full pack Olyf Shahi Biryani Masala 3.Add Olyf Fried Onions (Birista) – 3 small bowls full. approx 150-200gm 4.Add Ginger Garlic Paste – Approx 3-4 tbsp 5.Add about 200-250gm Yogurt / Curd 6.Add Chopped Pudina and Dhaniya (Mint and Coraiander Leaves) 10-15 each 7.Add Lemon juice 2 tbsp (Optional) 8.Add Oil and Salt (As per your preference) 9.Mix well & Marianate for 30 mins (time to marinate is optional) Preparing Rice – 10.In another vessel, Boil Approx. 2 liter Water garnished with 2 Cloves, 1-2 Tez Patta, small Cinnamon, Salt to taste & then Add Rice, approx 750gm – 1kg 11.Once the Rice are 70% done; Strain and add Rice over the Biryani Preparation we made earlier. Put it to Dum and Cook for 10-15 mins on medium High Flame and 10-15 mins on low flame. Use Tawa between Flame and the vessel for Dum. 12.Your Awesomely Tasty Biryani is ready
